ninja moves #2: contracting the wrists are really unnecessary and make the replay look awkward. You also need a lot more speed and momentum and u have to be able to keep that speed and momentum throughout your tricks. I think you're trying moves that are too hard for you, should probably start with basic moves like backflips or full backs.

your pretty good for a starter just PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE AND MORE!!!!! you start sparring To get used to movements and joints. well at least that's how I started but good job anyways
