Each Russian I've played with has been chill. Even started trying to teach me how to read their alphabet, if they're salty its usually the same reason ur salty (they think they have obnoxious team, just be nice)

Yeah.. No. I don't see anything bad about that.
It's still about consistency and win ratio, so if you lost many matches before then there is no reason to be upset.
I once got my uprank only after a 10 games win streak.

You make the same mistake as a lot of players do. It doesn't matter how many games you win in a row if your scores are shit, or you're always the last in the team.
