I downloaded a palette for gimp and cant seem to find where it is.

No it didn't and that's were I got it from, and yes i downloaded it to the right place, i just do not know to pull it up on my screen

Oh... Wait. I know:

Open GIMP, then:

Window>"The Second Option">Palets

Then scroll and look for it there. Got it?
