The suplex was quite risky. you almost got DQ'd right there.
What I noticed what that you pulled your opponent towards you.
This is a technique thats very important, so good job on that.
There was a lot of momentum in that suplex. You can lessen that at the start.
When it has too much momentum you will move in the direction of the opponent and make you lose your balance.

nothing much to comment: get rid of both arms up habbit, thats for scrubs, you would not progress if you will continue to use panic button.

I agree with this.
Zorow, when you put both arms up your wrist is the part that actually moves the opponent for the largest part. Because your opponent arms are also raised, this kind of suplex can be countered more easily. With a proper suplex your opponent is also closer to you so he cant use the momentum against you.
