i suggest you change one of the enviromental objects into the bottom of the sled. so the top is friction, but the bottom is no friction, so it slides better.

and i grabbing the sled is CHEAP. make the slide ungrabable?

I like it, but you should put a front ridge on sled, so if you cannot grab, you have something that might keep you from not falling.

The trick if you can't grab is to hop off at the jumps, you almost always land back on.
