This is a Head punch that i made on accident.
Heres instuctions and a replay.

Hold All
Lower left shoulder.
Contract left elbow.
Space X2
Raise left shoulder.
Extend left elbow.
Contract left pecs.
Extend right pecs.
Right rotate chest.
Left bend lumbar.
Extend abs.
Relax both glutes.
Relax both knees.
Extend both ankles.
Space X2
