Practice running. Don't grab the surface on which you are standing on. Gain balance on your feet. Don't just simply try making it to the end.

Once again, try brushing up on your running skills. Make your movements more fluid because your Tori moves stiffly. As much as possible, reduce grabbing. I'm not saying it's a mortal sin to grab, but in certain cases, grabbing ruins the parkour replay.

Work on the fluidity of movements and make your movements more realistic.
