Ok, ok, questions:

1. How do you expect to be able to occupy the most popular server in the game, especially when you've not consulted any ingame mods beforehand?
2. How do you plan on judging if players "do the same moves over and over again" or not?
3. Have you contacted any potential refs, and what do they think about this?
4. Will you be a ref yourself? And if yes, why are you participating in your own event?
5. Why 2nd dan and below in particular?

how do i delete?

Press the Edit button next to the Quote button.
When the Editing box opens, there's several buttons bottom right corner. There's Delete button there.
Click the Delete button.
The box continues downwards. Choose "Delete Message" and click "Delete this Message" button from the right bottom corner.
Done.
If you want to give a reason, type your reason to the typing box.
