Absolutley impossible. Renders are not physics reacting objects, they are mearly eye candy, though it would be very nice to be able to use them, You cannot.

How then there is a script called halo, And that gives ring over your head? And it stays there.

This is impossible, closest you could get is a world shader, the halo script creates objects above your head.
