Its about a marine who was left in battle after a grenade hit his unit, but gets back to civilian life. Then his wife gets a bomb implanted in her head and if he doesnt kill the man that left him to die then his wife will die. Then he pretends to shoot the man but the bullet goes right under his arm and they go on to rescue his wife.

This is a very weird description but i just cant think of the name of the movie and its fucking killing me! HELP!!!!
