Everybody plays in 100 dismemberment threshold. Unless they change it and Kick helping out some people that dont know how to decap as I can see.

Edit: Also Kick you should tell them to make decap in the middle of a replay like a you take off some body parts and decap him. Do you mind if I show them what it looks like?

But you guys have to keep in mind hitting the neck isn't the only reason a decap can happen, you will also need a good amount of force to decap, and like Kick said in the tut you will need the right angle or you could end up dismembering another body part instead of the head.
