I Went To Buy Orcs And Orc Hair I Activated And When I Was Playing No Appears I Tried In The Multiplayer Also No Appeared And I Tried Dl And It Did not Help !!

The orc hair is just a colour. You have to activate a hair item and the orc hair will colour it green.
The DQ you bought works fine for me, keep in mind that you'll only see the DQ when you lose

Make sure your settings is set to allow you to see the ORC hair. Sometimes I like to switch my settings around then forget to turn back on to view my 3d models or textures.
