I'll be honest.. my secret is being mod of the Clans section. There are so many nubs who want clans, it's amazing.. and then I have to nicely say "go check the link to the stickied topic in the Clans section" and I've done that a countless # of times so far. Then there's all the talking to admins about forum changes and things... There's a lot to say, and I do it all via PM if I can. Keeps everything looking clean.
