i have no idea how to get these achievements
like
-Complete the Art Graduation Test
and some other graduation test achievements
what are these tests
where are they
how can i try it ?

There was a team of people (believe the name was Unibash) who sort of helped run the Beginner Sanctuary. They did testings and graduation for many achievements. Because that group has been disbanded, those achievements are no longer available.

It's pretty much only the Band Aid, Belt achievements, Colour Set achievements and Decap acheivements that work. There are a few others of course, but I don't think you want the whole list.

As far as I can see, the rest mainly are based on code rules that don't seem to exist anymore, or are meant to be run by Unibash, who, as Bod said, disbanded [sadly].

just disregard achievements all together they are more or less broken and the community is constantly debating whether to make some poor sap go through and fix them all, or just delete them all.
