How does one become a Legendary Player exactly? And can every player come up with their own 3d item like Odlov? Or SkulFuk (who is still thinking of one)?

Every legend gets their own legend item. They can choose for it to be special to them, or for it to be in the shop

There isn't one particular set path to becoming a legend. The system is voted on by a council of players who can look for any reason to bestow the honor. The general guideline is that the person is of great character AND made a large impact on the community in one way or another. That could be through their iconic art, replay making, multiplayer dominance, or even quality staff members.
