I need help with my browsers. IE, Firefox, Opera and Chrome
Specifically with yahoo! mail though this problem is not only with yahoo mail but ill make it as an example.

The some icons in my mail page are missing. Please see the attached screenshots below.

As you can see, I cant see the OPTIONS in all browsers except for IE.
I cant also see the emoticons when composing email.

I've searched the internet and they say it might be my java, adobe flash/shockwave player which needs update. But its already updated and I think thats not the problem since I already tried reinstalling them and nothing changed.
