I dont know if its just that i dont get on all the time or what, but i remember when i used to play toribash, i used to always wait on the bot in the corner of the screen that says maybe Taltourney aikido tourney prizes 16k/8k. But nowadays a barely even see anymore big tourneys like that

It's just a tourney. 16k/8k is a lot for a tourney. The ratio effort:reward seems off. For example, most replay events have a prize of about 15-20k, and it takes way more skill and time to produce something good. Also, more people enter. I am pretty sure the same goes for art.

Imma buy tc late and randomly hold a 200 100 tourney Just to be funny.

You act like second place is a must. Getting second means you lost. Be happy that you get a prize at all sometimes.
