stop being exaggerated,it is possible to be happy on monday,lately start of week even is my favorite time of the week.
Some things,you understand the way i said that.
i know some things aren't possible,but don't forget there are people that done unimaginable stuff.
Understand what people are talking about before correcting something,you may be wrong at the end.
And well,just got back from school with pain all over the body.

also if you actually feel pain when working out you should stop immediately
soreness is normal though, just means you havent worked out in a while

The problem is: even if i don't get too tired,after a time running,something below the chest(below right lung) start to be painful af everytime i breath,and it stays for some minutes...
i mean,i just runned for a distance of almost 2 classrooms,and it instantly start to pain...
i almost run every day on school playing tag/catch all.
