I think that mine came from me thinking of Black Ops zombies and how there are so many glitches in it, so I named myself TheGlitch, over small time I got a namechange to Glitch.

Came up with it myself, then i find out that not only is the name already used, but that it's USED AS AN AFRICAN GIRL'S NAME FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.
