you can avoid it by contracting your ankle when doing a step

The problem you guys are describing is caused by the ground object being too thin. Anytime you make a mod, make sure that any object tori might run on is thick enough for the foot not to pass through.
Luckily for this mod it's easy to fix with a new version.
Remember to have your mod thoroughly tested in future and try to be aware of all the possible glitches out there.
