Wushu Kick Tutorial

Basic kick 1:

Relax all
Lowering Right Shoulder
Extending Right Pecs
Right Rotating Chest
Right Bending Lumbar
Extending Right Glute
Space 50x
Raising Right Shoulder
then just try to compline it

Basic Kick 2:

Hold All
Space 50x
Relax all
Lowering Right Shoulder
Extending Right Pecs
Right Rotating Chest
Right Bending Lumbar
Extending Abs
Extending Left Glute
Extending Left Hip
Space 50x
Raising Right Shoulder
Contracting Right Pecs
Left Bending Lumbar
Extending Right Hip
Contracting Left Hip
Contracting Abs

So that's it for wushu kicks.
