Hey man, Whenever I am doing the youtube run, whenever I go down for the 1st step, my left leg flies into the air, I can get a replay or something but if I could get any help on this that would be amazing

You should start learning running on the default ground, try xspar.tbm mod.

Hello!
I've been trying to run/parkour in general for a while now (few months)
but I always seem to run into this problem (pun not intended)
I land my second step on my heel, it's really annoying because it interrupts my run.
I don't see what I'm doing wrong. Mod used is xspar.tbm.

Before landing your foot to make the step, try hold-relax the hip during a few frames.

My left leg flies
I try the YouTube run... I do everything and even hold the abs after two spaces. And my left leg goes-aflying even when I try my best... After the first step... And my right leg touches the ground my left leg flies! How do I fix it
