Movement was extremely awkward.
Your movements don't flow into each other, they're very sudden and it ruins the movement overall.
The ankle dm with your knee was cool, would've been a lot cooler if your entire body wasn't in a fetal position, and the skeet was well-aimed.
Transition into the pose was way too long, slow and sudden. The pose itself was awkward, what with the way you tried to do the hero pose thing, but your extended abs and raised arms smashed it.
