Suggestion is good, though I'm personally not really sure if one more board is needed as current ones aren't that active already. Probably better to merge it with something we have now.

Just rename the existing board to Music/Movie/Book Chat and slap a few new rules on it (no erotic fanfics of pokemon and other weird sh!t).
