i think the move is crap it doesnt even do a thing except pull uke over thats it.

How rude, if you do it right, it takes off Uke's leg...

Odd for once when i screw up a move it does something, but that is far from the intended effect

Yet again its my crap instructions, it was meant to be contracting the knee rather than the ankle.

But feel free to use the move as a leg remover, just contract left ankle at the begining instead ;)

im sure we all know this, but you can extend your glute and hip and keep contracting knee and messing around and pop off the arm and separate head and neck. fun little addittion.

Most moves i post are just starters, you can ofcourse add to moves but that would just be fluff unless it lives up to the first bit
