raise shoulders
extend abs
extend hips
extend ankles

press space 1 time

Now you can do TWO THINGS:

lower shoulders
contract hips
contract pecs

press space 1 time

grabby hands

space 1 time

extend knees
extend hips
press p
ENJOY!!

Do the same thing WITHOUT contracting pecs
