This is a very good idea. Especially if there is power abuse in a room & there are 4-5 ops.

Mystery, people know when I'm using /cp because I use ^90 or ^11 with it.

I don't believe the /cp is a huge deal. There is no reason to not have it state a name, but it is not 100% necessary either. The /cp command is good for a few things, but if the server gets out of hand with the command, the host can just deop people instead of having to go crazy.
