Here's a good one (I hope ) :

-hold: all (c)
-extend: both ankles, both glutes and both hips
-raise: both shoulders
-contract: abs
-10x space
-contract: both knees

With this move you split the opponent's body with your legs...

i got one for you guys

The arm ripper (do not press c until i say too!)

1. hold left shoulder, contract both left and right pecs, contract left elbow, right rotate chest, raise right shoulder and extend both hips, space.

2. (Press C) left hand needs to be changed to grabby, contract left elbow, space,

3. extend left elbow, 2x space.

4 ungrabby left hand,


there you go enjoy


here is my move:

Hold all (press C)
Raise Both shoulders
space
extend both glutes
space
lower both shoulders
grab both hands
space (3x)
raise both shoulders

Step 1.Hold all,contract left knee, contract left hip, extend right hip, extend both ankles, left rotate chest, left bend lumbar.

Step 2.extend left hip, extend left glute, right rotate chest, right bend lumbar.

There, you should've kicked uke's leg off.

Heres another

There, you should've kicked uke in half.

You can tweak these moves to come up with a lot better kicks.
