lower: both shoulders

contract: both knees
press either p or c(press see like 5 or 6 times)

and after that (spacex5 if in free play)
then extend legs and shoulders

I've got a pretty cool one, although it is kind of useless but still looks cool.

1. press c to hold everything
2. Contract abs, left/right hips
4. extend knees
3. raise left/right shoulders
4. press space x6
5. contract knees
5. press space x8
C
Bend
lumbar right
Rotate right chest
SPACE
Contract left pec and left elbow and, stick hands
extend both glutes
stick hands and lower both shoulders
(WARNING: use in multiplayer may result in, but isnt limited to, being a noob)
