It doesn't have an IP address. It's routed through your computer, and the computer itself deals with all the networking.

Common USB webcams don't have an Ip address.

But some network surveillance cameras do, such as the Axis 206:




I doubt you have a surveillance camera. If your webcam uses a USB cable, then it doesn't have an IP address. However you can still use your computer to broadcast the images from your webcam. That way its your external IP address that counts.. (the one from your Router/Modem)

Depends on the camera and the system behind it, most likely not, even if you knew the IP. Further speculation not suggested.
