I just register #Secret irc channel and add our clan to Toribash wiki.

I think we should as them to make their own apps for joining us.

From there we can know his/her creativity and their effort to join us.

-From the usercard we can get the belt etc, so it'd be shorter and easier to fill out.

We could put the member list, bank info and affiliates list together as "Secret Info"
Would make it cleaner as I doubt there would be many posts in the "Secret Bank" thread, or the "Secret Affiliates" thread either.

For Secret Art, if people still wanted to run a Secret shop, we could do it through that.
re-name it "Secret Shop" and just have samples of peoples work along with a list of names so people can pick if they want someone to do it for them or just whoever sees it first.

Could be something like this

Then whoever wants to ask for something has to pick an artist, using the request format that the person sets out, can let whoever is an artist make their own forms. They know what they need to know so it's better if they do it.

Other than that I would say add a "Secret Rules" thread outlining our expectations of what to do and what not to do. That could also be included in the "Secret Info" thread though.

I'll post more ideas as I come up with them.

but it can be revised to this:

Secrets Jobs (includes wars/events, and others)
Secret Inactivity Board

So from mine there's six topics, but the Suggestion thread and the Recruitment thread could be done by both of us, depending on who's online.

I can run the art thread/shop if you'd want to be one of the artists, I can also take the Jobs (War/Events thread.) (I still want to get that scavenger hunt thing going with ThatHurt =P)
So it'd be
Secret Art + Secret Jobs for me
and
Secret Info + Secret Inactivity for you.

Let me know if you're good with that, can always switch it around from time to time.

The jobs could go with the member list, but having them separate would give more room for job discussion and it would also have a place ready for anyone who wants to ask questions about certain jobs. While the member list can be for things like promotions and applications or member related things.

putting up my two now.

I tried to work the job thread in with the member list, but there was too much to write so I gave it it's own thread.
We can still leave a basic job color scheme in with the member list so that people know what the colors mean for the names. (updated the colors)
But as for the rest of it, well... read the Job thread and you'll see why it's separate lol.

remember power rankings? and the policy thing how we had to fight the person in teh rank when we want to advance an rank

The power rankings was handles by ThatHurt, if he would like to get that up and running again it would be more than welcome.

As for ranks, they're gone. A basic pecking order will most likely be established but as for set ranks we aren't going to use them anymore.
