Like said in the original thread, instructions are in the script's head.
Meaning you should open the .lua file with notepad and it's in there.
The head said this:

--
-- What does it do? Given a saved replay, it can load the chosen player's move so a tori can repeat the very same move against YOU in a SINGLE PLAYER GAME.
-- You can try new attacks and variations, learn how to counter attack some of the greatest moves ever, and revive the most Epic battles from the past. And perhaps you can win this time...
-- Nobody will call you NOOB again!
--
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--
-- notes:
-- 1) You may change the joints's states at any time, just like in a normal game, so you can make any modifications to the move being repeated easily.
-- 2) Keep in mind that Toribash is not symmetrical. A move may not proceed in the EXACTLY same way when inverted.
-- 3) Uke was planned to not have exactly the same proportions of the player's Tori (Tori #0), so moves may not proceed EXACTLY the same when put in Tori #1 (the Uke).
-- 4) Every time you issue the </echo lr ...> command, the script loads the mod from the replay, so you don't to worry about it
--
-- Known issues:
-- You need to copy .rpl files to the << /script >> folder, just where you need to put this very script. So far I didn't make to load replays directly from the /replay folder.
--
-- Commands (all commands issued through the /echo chat command ) :
--
-- /echo lr <name of the .rpl file WITHOUT the .rpl extension> -s<replay's player, 0 or 1> -t<target tori, 0 or 1> (loads the move of the player <-s> from the rpl file and makes tori <-t> repeat this move)
--
-- example: /echo lr myNemesisEpicKick -s1 -t0 (put the move of the player #1 in the replay, in the tori #0)
-- note: to repeat the whole match, you need to issue this command for both players in the replay.
--
-- /echo me <0-1> put you the command of tori #0 or #1, reseting the game
-- /echo re <0-1> resets the game and put the tori in uke instance (holding every joint)
-- /echo co <0-1> WITHOUT reseting the game, makes the chosen tori stop repeating the move, so you are in the control from this moment on
-- /echo inv <0-1> resets the game, inverting the whole move (left hand <-> right hand)
--

You need to put your replays in the script folder, instead of the replays folder, and use the /echo commands.
