I'm kinda desperate right now.

I lost my original account's password, Lushsmoke.

I was 10th dan on that account, I take a 2 month break and I forgot the password to the account and I forgot the password to my email too, how do I get my account back?

If it's this password expiry thing, it's such bull because I lost my main account because of this -_-.

pm any admin to help you and take that password out so people can't get in your account

Nevertheless the correct action you need to perform is the same. PM an admin or query one in the IRC and this can get settled.
