You're looking for a Stir Fry
Steamed rice cooled in a fridge
Cooked Chicken Breast cut into bite sizes
Snow Peas boiled or not doesn't matter to me.
Carrots and Celery should be boiled a little to make them softer
Eggs
Peanuts
Toss an Egg in a wok or whatever you're using then scramble it make sure it's cooked before you toss stuff in, then chuck the cooked chicken in there as well as the veggies and peanuts then put the rice in then stir and slowly add in the soya sauce or a bit of butter.
The yield depends on how much rice you steamed. I use the 2 to 1 method for rice, 2 parts water 1 part rice.
