Why too much mods for technical support
why are there too much moderators for technical support? I mean it's no need because people there ask simple questions and it can be even answered by 1-2 mods... the number should be decreased and should be either transferred to rapid threads or somewhere else

what you suggest doesn't make any sense the help squad are the mods of tech support it's in their job, you can't have a help squad be moderator of lets say rapid threads instead of technical support. Every staff member is mod of the board they/their job signs them up for.
There was idea to merge technical support and rapid threads but the hs got inactive so no one cared to actually see it through.
As of now yeah it's kind of odd how majority of the questions asked in rapid threads could be in tech support.
“Aaah rum zum zum aaah rum zum zum booly booly booly booly booly rum zum zum”
tech support is fundamentally different from rapid threads, since rapid threads is also for many questions not suited for tech support

there are so many moderators for tech support because help squad moderates the entire help section, not just tech support.

mostly what gargon said.

as long you dont get the same question asked from 5 different people you shouldn't mind that much. It's never bad to have several people working in the support area, this way more time is covered and problem's can be solved faster. so why complaint?

but most of the mods in tech support don't even know how to solve the problem... so whats even the point of having them there if they don't take any interest

all help squad members automatically get placed into lmod positions in every board in the help section. It would be useless to make an exception just for tech support. Also, just because you are an lmod somewhere doesn't mean you have to know the answers to the questions, you are supposed to moderate the board.
