Nostrils are a little bit to far apart, eyes look a bit funny, maybe make them more circular?
Also, move them to the center line (up), they look a bit out of place.
The right eyebrow
(to our right) should be flipped horizontally, so it's the other way. Right now it looks like the
left eyebrow, just duplicated and moved. Also, left part of the tongue seems a bit to
edgy, make it rounder as the right part.
Rest looks okay. ^^

Shift the whole face a bit higher, flip one of the eyebrows the other way and maybe make the eyes in a more oval/circle shape. As of right now they look like wavy bubbles.
The mouth look spot on and the nostrils don't need to be changed depending on what animal/person thing you're making.
