There are quite a few flames that are not working, nothing shouws up when they are activated.
I think it would be a nice thing for staff to gathere thse in a single accound and deposit or destroy them.
So the way to do thins, i think it wold be paying a reward of 25k for anybody that brings such a flame.
People sell and buy these on market, and people that are not carefull buy them and get into a scam like situation. I'm sure there are plentry reports about this.
So 20k or 25k for a any broken flame that gets delivered.

Do you want to get rid of broken flames?
Send them to an admin or tsa, they will dump them.

That's an easy way to put them out of circulation.

You want to evade buying a broken flame?
Buy them to trusty people.


I don't see why they should be given tcs.
