Judo Moves
Got a Judo move you want to share. Well this is the place to do it.
Though be warned people will get to know your super awesome move and might use it against you in a tournament.
Though this organization is more about bringing the judo members together, not being an ass hole and keeping the best moves to yourself.

Lax all pointles...
Contract pecs
right rotate chest
right on lumbar
contract abs
extend left glute
extend left hip
contract right hip
contract right ankle
contract left knee
extend left ankle
hold shoulders
contract left elbow and wrist
grab left hand.

Tinerr´s move (?
Hold All
Contract Pecs
left rotation chest
Left bending lumbar
Extend Left Glute
Contract right knee
Extend both elbows and wrists (optional)
grab both hands

The modified Nub clap:
Hold All
contract pecs
extend both elbows and wrists
relax shoulders
extends ankles
DONT grab (if u dont wanna the oponent go, and be sure of that, grab one of them...)
After this u can be able to give a kick extending both glutes and knees, one hip contracted and the other extended, depending on the eneimy´s position

Elevation kick:
Contract left pecs
Extend right pecs
Right rotation chest
relax both elbows
relax left wrist
extend glutes
relax abs
relax left knee
extend right knee (Optional)
Grab left hand

Newest Tinerr´s move (?)
Contract Pecs
Left rotation chest
right bending lumbar
extend left glute
contract left knee
relax abs
relax right knee
extend both elbows and wrists

one of my more solid opens, not that uncommon:

hold all
relax both shoulders
grab right arm
twist chest left
lumbar left
contract abs
extend right hip
relax right knee
extend right ankle
extend both gluts
contract left hip
one of my commonly used moves, it competes with yourfaces idea of him using most joints.

Contract: neck, left pecs, right elbow, left elbow, right hip, right knee, right ankle.

Extend: left elbow, left wrist, right wrist, right pecs, abs, left glute, right glute, left hip, left knee, left ankle.

Right rotate chest
Right bend lumbar
Relax left and right shoulders.
grip left hand




I usually start the move off, when im still clicking joints, as hold all. So im technically clicking all the joints at least once.

well i could just contract my elbow and wrist (right) to use every joint but laxing my right glute.... dawwww.... shoulders.
For NEW black belts and down:

Modified Noob Clap..
Hold All
Contract both pecs
contract left elbow**
right rotate chest**
right rotate lumbar**
extend abs
contract BOTH glutes
extend left hip**
contract right hip**
Space
Raise shoulders
extend BOTH glutes
DQ in 3 turns(if did a noob clap or a move near a noob clap)


** - possible vice versa

I call mine the omega kick.

First, noobclap. (XD) So Contract both pecs and grabby hands.
Bend chest AND lumbar SAME WAY.
If bent left, extend right hip and contract left hip
If bent right, contract right hip and extend left hip
Extend glutes
Contact abs.
