Video is of 311's song "Hey You", and drummer is Chad Sexton. The words on the shirt are "Chim canh cut" and "tuong ot". It is supposed to be a parody of Sriracha hot sauce, also often called "rooster sauce" for it's emblematic use of a rooster. The shirt, however, features a penguin instead.

I am not looking for a Sriracha shirt, I'm looking for the penguin parody one. No substitutions allowed.
