SYN x2 and ACK x2
They are packets that one sends through the internetz.

Syn comes of Synchronize. (And that's what the packet does)
Ack of Acknowledge. (And again, that's what the packet does, acknowledge that something has been received).

Related to TCP: (Which is most likely why the Image pops up a "and 25 years of TCP/IP" tooltip)
