strange problem, it seems to have been posted elsewhere on the internet but none of the replies seem to have shown a fix for it :/ i would try to reinstall directx then go into control panel and click on keyboard and change the repeat delay to short and repeat rate to fast(what this would do for the problem i'm not sure but it might help) i would also try changing your power options from balanced or powersaver to high performance to see if that would also fix the issue
