I was uploading my head, i put in my email and the .tga and it said "Upload failed make sure it is a 128 x 128 .tga file." And it is What do i do?

think it needs to 24 bit i think

EDIT:Now what? It says it uploaded but i haven't got an email from them, i checked my spam.

I'd guess it only uses the e-mail address to check if someone's registered with that address, and not for sending confirmation mails or some such.

If in doubt, you can try removing your head from your heads-folder and running ToriUpdate.exe to check if everything worked out allright... it should download your head then.

Where can i get the ToriUpdate.exe? Thanks

Should be in your Toribash folder, which is likely to be CProgram Files\Toribash

Even so, heads don't appear for the updater instantly.
Hampa has to add them himself, and he gets on quite regularly, you're looking towards a 12 hour ETA. Depending how lucky you are.
