A decent internets bandwidth monitor?
Heylo, Ive been doin a bunch of uploading/downloading lately (YOU CANT PROVE ANYTHING), and I am interested in finding how much I have dled/uplded etc.
What's a good program that can monitor and track this? Also I know some isps will do that for you. Im not exactly sure where I can find that though x_X for verizon fios. o;
