Ungrip Left hand, lower both shoulders, extend both pecs

Extend Right Glute, contract right hip and knee

Contract left knee

Extend left knee

Raise right shoulder

Ungrip right hand

Then I moved a bit to get standing, I don't think that's necessary to post, is it?
