You can be ANY belt to join, it doesn't matter about belts, it's about skills.
Activity:
Once a day unless you have reasons.
Grammar & Spelling:
You must have decent grammar and spelling abilities, I don't want to see people talking like this: "Haai dud wsuup? i jst decpped sm1 in a dff srvr lul".
Intelligence:
You need to have some intelligence, I don't want to see "Woah, how do you decap someone? I touch their head but it doesn't come off.".
