I'll make sure they get set up asap with someone good. Msquad benefits a lot from having a lead type person to make calls on tough and unusual cases - which happens a lot. They could do fine going on their own judgement indefinitely though as they're all bright level headed guys but having a 'lead' means more consistency and a final decision in disagreements. Not to mention, imo, it allows for a better unified team atmosphere.
