I am trying to buy a toribooster, and i am having trouble adding my credit card to my account and i was wondering if anyone was having this same problem, or has previously? and in case any of you are going to be a smart ass, i blurred that on photoshop, that isnt part of the error.

i enter in my credit card number and i get this notification\/

Check if you don't have any problems with the card/money. If the problem persists, PM an admin.

I think you'd better contact the customer service in PayPal.
They have more experience in solving problems like this.

I had the same problem. I ignored it though. Erm, they used to let you just go ahead and checkout, but I guess they took that feature out. I wanted to purchase another tb but I got the same message.

Edit: I did a little research on the site. It is a 1.95$ fee that allows you to spend extra fees. Whenever you get that message it means that you have reached your max in Paypal at the moment. Means, you have to buy the 4 digit code and it is sent to the credit card statement and/or sent in the mail.
