i got a question about the torishop in game
why are the new items on forum not available in the ingame torishop but is on the forums, will it only update when the version of the game updates? or does it need to be done manually ?

yea cause i dont use steam altho i do have an account on it and its installed on my pc, but i dont use steam to play tb
is there any other way other than updating it through steam?

You would have to install toribash in steam and copy its /data/script/torishop folder then replace it in your standalone client and voila.
