I want to warn you that there is a bug with the new skeleton set who is tradeable without buying the pack for 15 sts if you need a proof just check my transaction history you can see that Gold was able to send me the Skeleton Chest Part who is suposed to :

" July items: Skeletal Chest & Groin

These Shiai models cannot be traded
Unlock this box to get the items inside."

Pack is tradeable until you spawn items.
Items aren't tradeable.

So when i buy the pack hen unlock it i can't trade the items ?

And why in my transaction history Gold sent me a shia item ?

Yeah,all the shiai items are tradeable,unless you spawn them.
its a weird little bug when i had sent it to you onix as a test and it seemed to have worked,i still dont understand why it does that.

When you exchange ST to a Shiai Box, what you receive is not an item yet but a placeholder for anything that's supposed to be inside the current month's box. You can't use it in game, but you can trade it. If you don't unlock the box this month, its contents change.
Once you press the "Spawn" button, you receive the actual items that can be used in game but they are not tradeable, unless you had the ultimate box that cost 15 ST.

There is no bug, that's how the system is supposed to work.
