psychz' sig looks mostly like he just added some white brush effect, a border and text, I think he could have done better.

I'm voting Zeroth. I like the sharpness and complexity. PsYcHZ looks more like a gradient+hadoken.

Very hard decision. I just don't know who to vote for. Zeroth followed the theme of water, but it looks rather bland. Psychz didn't really follow the theme of water though it looks cool. Well this is a hard decision. *votes*
